Cartoon: 'On Your Mark, Get Registered, Vote!'

After ditching the 2016 voter roll, the ECZ has promised to register 9 million new voters in just 30 days - nearly the entire adult population of Zambia. They've also promised to implement a new online voter registration system, despite there being no precedence for such a system in Zambia ever before. As the race for 2021 is starting, it seems all the ECZ can do is trip voters up.
