President Announces East-West Zambezi River Bridge

President Hichilema has announced plans to construct a bridge over the Zambezi River, linking Zambezi East and West.

The government will also build a bridge at Watopa in North Western Province, connecting Mumbezhi to Lukulu in Western Province.

Speaking in Zambezi District of North Western Province, President Hichilema also revealed plans to construct bridges over Kashizhi River in Zambezi West. The bridges will connect Kucheka and Mwange in Chinyama Litapi.

The President thanked the people of North Western Province for their support of the UPND for over 23 years.
