Chambeshi Names Chipolopolo Team For Equatorial Guinea Fixtures
Beston Chambeshi, coach of Zambia’s national football team Chipolopolo, has kept most of the teams current players for his 24-man squad playing at next month’s Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier matches against Equatorial Guinea, which he announced earlier this week.
New additions to the team that faced Tunisia and Mauritania earlier this month in the World Cup qualifiers were Arsenal Tula, Evans Kangwa, and Larry Bwalya.
Kangwa and Bwalya, from Tanzania, are among the nine foreign based players in the squad.
Sakala from the Rangers in Scotland is returning to the squad after missing the first two matches of the qualifying campaign.
Zambia is scheduled to face Equatorial Guinea away on day three of the tournament between 6-9 October before hosting the same team four days later.
