‘Real deal’ Patson Daka Scores in Brighton Draw
Leicester suffered heartbreak earlier this week when they were dramatically defeated by Tottenham despite being leading in the 95thminute of play.
On Sunday, things did not go quite as terribly, but an 82nd-minute equaliser, by Danny Welbeck, saw them drop additional points at home.
Patson Daka scored Leicester's third Premier League goal in four games just 30 seconds into the second half. The striker, who joined the club from Red Bull Salzburg in the summer, has now scored or assisted in all four of his appearances for the club. He has filled in well while Jamie Vardy has been sidelined with an injury, even if the Foxes have failed to cling onto a lead.
Leicester legend Gary Lineker gave huge praise to the striker who is proving to be another shrewd buy by the club. He tweeted: “He’s banged in another goal, Patson Daka is the real deal. Fabulous first season at Leicester”.
Leicester's next Premier League game is against Liverpool, and Daka will need to be at his best if they are to win.
