President Hakainde Hichilema Returns To Zambia From Mining Indaba
The president has returned home following a four day visit to South Africa for the Mining Indaba.
He has stated that the trip was successful with the Government being able to take the necessary steps to unlock all potential economic assets.
The news comes after Anglo American announce a multi-million dollar deal in Zambians North-Western Province.
Directors of Zambia Praise Government for Law Enforcement Independence
The of Directors of Zambia have praised the government for allowing law enforcement to operate independently in order to fight against corruption.
Edward Kabwe, the institute’s president, has said that the decision by the government to allow law enforcement to act independently is a step on the right direction.
Chicken Export Deal With Saudi Arabia Set To Go Through
Elias Mubanga, Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises Development, has encouraged the poultry sector to prepare for the export of chickens to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The news comes as the Minister disclosed that the renowned multi-million dollar company had expressed an interest in doing business with Zambia.
He said that this represents an exciting opportunity for Zambians and small scale entrepreneurs.
